The Suffolk Area Secretary Report is now available online. You should get the user name and password at Suffolk Area Service (it is also included in the printed/PDF Secretary Report).

We have complete archives of the years 2001, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 (to date).

The report is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The reader is available for free. We are not affiliated with Adobe. The reader is simply a publicly available tool that we use.

If the event does not occur at the same time and place (and duration) as a regular NA meeting, then an additional insurance rider MUST be purchased from The Greater New York Region! Your event will NOT be covered by the regular insurance policy!
